Love the view from my new room! Slept well except I woke up with so much on my mind I couldn't get back to sleep.

Cal ~ nice to wake up to that funny of JMR and you! And you must set down a rule for your GS2! No messing with your BFs!! That could be cause for expulsion from the house.

Cdone ~ Why do coughs always get worse at night? It happens to me when I have a cold.

Speaking of dirty thoughts...

I had two dreams last night.

Dream #1: Chris Martin was my boyfriend. Bwah ha ha ha ha...

Dream #2: Tim Riggins was my boyfriend. More bwah ha ha aha hahaha....

As if I could land either of them. That's why they are called dreams, or wildest dreams, or not on your life!, right? Heh. Apparently I've OD'd on fantarding this week.

LC: I too didn't get much sleep - my stupid, retired body forgot to explain retirement to my overactive mind.

Actually DD#1 has a baby shower this weekend that I should be able to sit back and enjoy, but instead need to pull together:
hers and SIL baby pictures
help find hostess gifts
make sure her selections are out at the baby store here (since she's out of town)
help Step-mom pick out a gift

anyway I have a boatload of junk to do........and I need to start doing it, so hope all have productive Mondays.......

Chops, how's the garage coming?

Did anyone see the Tony Awards last night. I got hooked on Billie Elliott...........I love Broadway, but being in Texas means I don't keep up with it much...........after they started carrying off all the awards I googled it.............had a hard time getting off the web sight........I was blown away by those three young men.........now I want to see it------REALLY bad. Anyone seen it?

They did a segment on the 3 boys yesterday on Sunday morning on CBS. You might be able to watch it on their site or on YouTube.

Good morning, Crazy, I had to laugh when you said being in Texas you don't keep up with Broadway much. Yeah, remember Jason "I didn't know it was a cat"? haha He's come a long way since then, hasn't he? Speaking of Broadway I'm going to Austin in a couple of weeks to spend the weekend with dd and we have tickets for Mama Mia. I didn't like the movie but I think it will be better on stage. Later this summer will be Phantom of the Opera. I'zz trying to be edjacated and culchard.

Gotta run. I'm going home to see my parents tomorrow for a few days. Mom and I are starting the procedure to get Pops in a nursing home. It won't be easy or fun. He says he's not going --ever. It will def be a downer week for me.

Today I'm off to Macy's to get dd a new strapless bra and some decent panties. Her fitting for her wedding dress is this Sat and I'll be gone all week so i have to do it today. She's busty, as my grandma would say, so a good bra is important and I'm gonna get her some cutie undies cos she only wears thongs and I actually know the lady who's doing the fitting so I don't want her to be over exposed. Who wants a string up their butt?

On a happy note, Nordstrom's Rack is coming to Houston!!

I think I was out of town last time you all moved!!! Makes the packing easy for me, but sure gets tricky when you're trying to get home and you don't know where it is!

Haven't backread from the end of the dos... and headin out to take #2 to JUMP (vacation bible school) then I "get to" paint #1's room RED... Blood Red

did the ceiling this weekend in between working... Miss your hilarity ladies.. Love it!!!!

Good morning, little miss thing starts summer school today and then is going swimming with her uncle. DD really picked an awesome best friend, she saw my status on myspace yesterday that I was sick and called to offer and take the princess. We were just leaving for downtown sac but said I could call her anytime. Love her! She is going to dd tomorrow to give her house a real good cleaning before the honeymoners come home. What an awesome surprise that will be. When Princess comes home she wants to help me make her favorite of my dishes Jambalaya. Yum Yum, check you chicka's out later.

I miss a lot of people but sadly knew it would happen. There will be a upward swing and return when the single comes out. Over all I think he's done good holding an audiences attention with the date nights, concerts, twitters, and ~~webisods~~ webasomethin. Hopefully will get another of those soon.

Ugh, terrible news day in my locale:

One of our students (who was on the president's list), age 35, killed his two children, ages 5 and 3, by slitting their throats this morning, after shooting and killing his ex-mother in law. Apparently he threatened to kill his ex-wife a year ago after a horrible divorce.

I feel sick to my stomach. Sad day.

Macy's likes me a lot better now. I decided to get two bras for dd: beige and white tho I think she'll wear the beige one. Last time I saw her white strapless bra it was more the shade of gray. She wears it for everything. While I was at it, I bought a dress for a wedding (Not ours!!!) this Saturday and three summery dresses to wear around. They weren't super cheap but the coupons help a little. The clerk was so nice--took my handful of coupons, rang my stuff up in three different transactions to get the best bang for my buck. I scooted out of there and didn't stop for lunch. I did get a coke at Buckee's --cheapest cokes on the road.

Gotta pack for tomorrow. How's this for luck: Dh comes home tomorrow, leaves Friday as I'll return from my parents'. We'll be like two buses passing on the freeway. I started to change my plans so I could be here but my mom has an appt for the nursing home and we didn't want her to do that by herself. She's 81 and really sharp, but when it comes to business she underestimates herself and winds up getting screwed.
